Wednesdays 7:15-9:15
Sundays 1:00-3:00
Thursdays 4:15-5:15 beginning November 10
**No practice Sunday, October 2 due to AmCup Meet in Chesterfield**
We pay for the ice time scheduled, whether we are ready to start practice or not.
Please arrive as early as it takes for your skater to be ready when we are allowed on the ice.Once the Zamboni has finished resurfacing, the safety pads must go out. The longer it takes to set up safety pads, the less time can be used for practicing.
Every capable adult is needed to assist with getting pads on the ice & also removing pads at the end of a practice.

While all meets are optional, we encourage our skaters to attend the meets held in Missouri.

Anyone wanting to try speedskating is welcome to come to a novice practice session.
If the skater is under 18 years, a parent must remain at the rink. The cost is $10 (check, no cash please) and a US Speedskating waiver must be completed.
To enter the ice you Must have:
Safety helmet
Gloves
Long pants
Long sleeves
Signed waiver
*Knee pads are also highly recommended!
